donington to M6 northbound.

Currently at Donington Park for wsbk. Heading home tonight, what's the best way from here to M6 north? The map, albeit slightly fuzzy map, in my head says A50 west. I think the A50 is dualled all the way, could be wrong.

Is there a better way? I don't fancy going down the M1 to meet the M6.

A50/A500 is the shortest route to the M6. Pretty quick road just keep an eye out for cameras after an event at Donny

Yep, A50 west / A500 and join the M6 just outside Stoke.

Yep, A50 is best route. The other alternative is A42(M) to pick up the M6 just south of Birmingham.
