The ones you speak of are la cucaracha. I've seen new ones for sale somewhere but they are not the quality of the original manufacture Italian Maserati ones.

With all air horns these days, they employ a lot of plastic and cheap quality electrics in their construction. I'd look out for an original set that will last forever they're so well made.

I've a set I've been meaning to use for years, and likely will one day. You have to have the appropriate car though!
