Does the vehicle in front kick up a bit of roadside debris (the wooden pole) that has maybe fallen off a passing waggon?
What confuses me a little is why the driver is filming a seemingly mundane journey?
OR maybe it's the local anti-lane hogger counter measures? You're in the wrong lane, BANG! She's clearly been undertaken there cos she's in the wrong lane...if she were in the right lane she'd have been ok!
ETA: For those about to flame me for assuming it's a woman, the video caption say's the driver's name is Wendy. Don't know many blokes called that.
