What's going on with the headlights?

Bravo, one of my favourite cars of all time. But, has someone fiddled with the headlights on that one, or is it my imagination?

I wish Jaguar still made cars as good looking as this these days.

A car i've never understood. Looks ugly fat and bloated slab sided to me - look at the size of the overhangs, awful.

I thought the headlights looked a bit odd - they were twin round lights without cowls that looked wider than the aperture. It's a big car but doesn't look out of proportion in the metal and the rear diffuser is pure F1

To be fair, that car park usually has it's fair share of car porn. In the last month I've spotted 2 black Californias at the same time (how gutted would you be!), 997GT3, Phantom, Murci plus regular 360s, GT-Rs etc etc.

Never felt compelled to get the camera out before though!

M4 yesterday c1pm j10 to j8:9 heading west I saw

Porche carrera gt my first ever normal m way speed two up middle aged couple lovely noise
sls really nice from the back less so front so wide and low
then a brace of porches a panamera 911 turbo vert 911 gt3 rs and a carrera s all 997's oh and a boxer s pretty much all going together apart from the carrera gt.

So enjoyable I muted jeremy vine until they past.

Have only seen a 220 once possibly a decade ago and it was Parked up on the a470 at the top of the Brecon beacons - British green. Sadly I didn't stop but it looked huge and low and much better in real life than any picture.
