Is the registration/V5 etc the same? Any tax etc? Worth the hassle?

We're the same as you, no problems at all....just the same as buying in scotland. What and where is it? if it's close to me I could take a look.

Easy - done it twice....

V5 looks the same but you do need to send it off to your local DVLA office to get the Right version.

You also get to decide if you want to keep the reg no.

No tax issues, the MoT looks different but still valid.

I've had issues the other way, re-reg'd in NI but DVLA GB did'nt know, various sorn threats etc. Apparently the two don't comminicate very well!!
