Annual road trip

As a group of mates, we now do an annual road trip to see some car related event.

Previously it was Le Mans. However the busyness of the 2034 event broke our love affair.

Last year was Spa Classic, which was an amazing event with great access, no crowds and no price gouging.

Set in stunning scenery, with open views over rolling hills we had 2 days of sunshine, and yesterday rally cars from all eras.

The weekend ticket was 35 euros, beer 2 euros a bottle and a hot dog a mighty 2 euros. A nice Spa hotel, being a substantial upgrade from a Le Mans hotel was the icing on the cake!
