Mot advisory question

Quick question. My car had an advisory on it's mot last year. It passed, but mentioned a chip in the windscreen in the swept area but not in the driver's eyeline (or words to that effect). The chip had been repaired so was safe.

I've not had the windscreen replaced. Can it pass again, or does an advisory from the last mot mean anything? Or can it still pass again?
