Trying to trace some info linked to DEL180Y & YDR800 from90s

Bit of a long shot — I’m trying to trace some history on my current carh.
Previous plates/history details:
F513PJB
DEL180Y
YDR800
VIN ending JS32551
I believe DEL180Y and YDR800 may now be on Land Rovers/Range Rovers, and I’m hoping to speak with anyone who previously owned or knew the Cosworth when those plates were associated with it.
I know the car's history from 1995 onwards, as I bought it from the owner who had it for 30+ years, but looking around, the time it was a Clifford alarm demostartor, and before that.
Not looking for anyone’s personal details — just trying to piece together the car’s history, especially around an old 1991 insurance/condition marker.
