Pre 2001 style reg plates (plus back-lit) supplier.

Hi. I'm looking for a set of plates for a 1997 TVR with a back-lit rear plate.

As it's a pre-2001 car I'm thinking of using the old style wider font.

So 2 questions;

Does the plate still need the BS bit and supplier postcode along the bottom?

Who makes plates like that? Especially with a back-lit rear plate?

Fancy Plates still supply the TVR backlit plates in a choice of "Show Plate" or "Legal" plate including the pre-2001 font etc.
