Me? I really fancy a Mk2 Granada Ghia X estate, a Morris Ital (as usual) and a Cavalier SRI 130

What banger would you enjoy, but more importantly, nobody else would understand?

A Volvo 240 Estate - I learnt to drive in one and would run one as a banger if I needed such a car.

A nice straight mk2 Golf Gti 8 valve. Cheap as chips for all but the most cherished examples. I still miss mine.

A '96 Honda Legend

Cavalier GSI

And a Subaru Leone Turbo in black, on a C plate with Checked velour on half leather. What a noise that thing made - and it had a GREEN light on the dash to let you know when the turbo spooled up. Shirley it should've been red?

I fancy a Xantia estate. I could run it on chip fat and waste hours making the suspension go up and down.

Simple pleasures.

Some of these cars are rather cool though?

I'm thinking of the look on my Mrs face as I present the Ital 1.7 HLE. Even she can appreciate a Benz, Jag etc.
