I looked at someones garage on here and it had a list of performance figures (below) I pmed the member to ask what device they used to measure the info but got no reply so thought id ask here.

You'd need a calendar to measure those!

At a guess: Race Technology AP-22 Performance Meter or similar. I did a search for the stats layout you mentioned and this result seemed the most appropriate:
