I can only reproduce this in Chrome Beta for Android. We'll get this fixed if it happens in the stable version of Chrome.

I don't get how PH couldn't recreate this easily, put Chrome on a desktop into F12 mode and turn the page into one of the mobile views (iPhoneX) or even just responsive, and watch the double header appear.

Edit: actually it just does it if you make your desktop Chrome window small enough.
