Last visited?

Why, when looking at a thread that I haven’t read before, do I get a red line showing ‘last visited’, a few posts in?

It's based on the date / time that you last visited PH, it's not done on a per-topic basis as far as I can tell.

I have this issue, which is why I only log in on my mobile to post something (the log out right away).
