Unable to send a pm to a PH member

I am trying to send a message to a PH member but I am unable to as I keep on getting this message:
I have checked my profile and all seems ok there. Any suggestions please?

If I try to send you a message it comes up as

I haven't tried changing my email address, so will email and ask for help I think.

Apologies for the delay here, did you have any luck in the end? I can see that your email address is now verified, so you shouldn't have any issues.

Luckily the member had an email address in his profile so I used that. Fingers crossed all will be well next time though. Thanks for sorting it.
