What exactly are you expecting back?

I think it is poor that you have not received any kind of acknowledgement your complaint has been received, I would suspect/hope they would be investigating the issue before getting back to you.

Still not sending something to let you know they received the complaint is basic courtesy and I think would ease some of your frustration rather than giving the impression they are trying to ignore or bury the problem.

It’s piss poor, even an acknowledgment that they’ve received my complaint would be at least something but nothing, absolutely nothing. Remember those annoying reminders that they take your privacy seriously? Laughable.

Apologies for the delay here, this has now been responded to. To clarify, there has been no data breach and your email address is revealed to another member when you start to engage in communicating with another member over email in response to receiving a PM.
