Button to see own posts

We have a button to see only the OP's posts in a thread. Can we have a button to see only our own posts please.

There's some really, really long threads and it would be helpful to see what I've previously posted in them.

You already have this. Click on your username, then the "Forums" tab and it will show you the threads you have started or contributed to.

Click on those threads and it will take you to your post.

That only takes you to your first post in any 30 day time period. If you've posted more than once then you still have to manually search through the thread for the rest of your posts, in a thread that could be years old and hundreds of pages long, in which you might have posted dozens of times.

Yep. It’s really annoying, especially in a fast paced thread, and it would seem only a minor code change would be required similar to the ‘show op posts only’ option.

Yes, but normally to tell us we're wrong and to lock the thread for having the temerity to provide feedback.

Maybe if the OP responded it would have prompted another reply? Believe it or not even Mods (unpaid) have a life and finite time. As it stands the OP's only response is a gripe!

Oh sorry, thegreenhell responded that it doesn't do the same thing. Thought it was obvious it didn't. Didn't realise I had to respond as well. Lesson learned:

That doesn't do the same thing. If I think I posted in a thread 6 months ago it'd be a lot of clicking to find that I didn't.

True, but while framed as a solution it didn't actually address the OP's request and there is nothing to show that the reply was made by anyone to do with the running of PH. It didn't warrant the sarcastic roll eyes response.

Now that's been cleared up.... can we have a button that shows our own posts, that functions the same as the show OP posts one please!
