Posts not showing up when made via mobile browser

I'm pretty sure I'm not imagining this as it's happened a couple of times lately.

I've made posts on a thread using Safari on an iPhone and specifically remember seeing the "message posted" screen only for the post to not appear.

This was the thread today.

The thread doesn't even show in My Stuff.

I can only see one post from you on that thread (14.59). This one post does show up in your profile posting history.

Yeah that was just now on my desktop.

The one that never showed up would have been around midday.

First time it happened I put it down to me forgetting to press submit but I really don't think I'm imagining pressing submit and remembering seeing it saying message posted.
