Unwanted images in random threads

WTF is going on; certain threads seem to contain some rather graphic images.

There appears to be no logic as where these appear, it all seems a bit random.

Having a shifty in reader’s rides, whoops, that’s not a Honda S2000.

The ‘Rachel Reeve’ thread, why is there a bouquet of roses hanging out of her ‘Sheriffs star’.

Anyone else experiencing this problem?

Was this thread, but seems to have been rectified.

It also effected several other threads, including ‘Rachel Reeves’ NP&E, I had to do a search of ‘RR’ unable to confirm if it was her derriere being used as decorative vase.
