See the blue triangle top right? If you click on that it should go to a page saying 'why am I getting this ad' with instructions how to bar that particular ad. (Iirc)
You know how the shopping algorithms can works out that you are ill, pregnant, etc through analysis of shopping habits, perhaps the ads are telling you something that you don't yet know.
