Surely you'd call the sub-forum the name of an old racetrack. Reims, for example. We can never race on Reims, but those who have departed us are now waiting at the great Reimstrack in the sky, fastest laps set, amused that they've had years to practice their racecraft before we join them.

It could be moderated by a rough and ready sort who has a twinkle in his eye and occasionally lets you rummage around looking for a relay amongst the piles of scrap if you ask him nicely.
