gerbils getting tired?

Noticed that PH quie often seems to suffer from a 'brownout' around midday, symptoms are that posts are accepted but don't show up for several minutes, shortly afterwards I can connect to the server but don't get anything back from it - this persists for 5-10 minutes and then everything seems to come back to normal. Is it just me?
