I am finding the forum quite slow this morning.

Click on a subject and it hangs for a few seconds a lot of the time

It's definitely a lot worse than it was.

I'm getting lots of "Error 500" screens, too.

They may be running the website on one server (or reduced servers) while they update the other servers. Later they can then switch to the upgraded servers and when it all goes tits up they can swap back again during the roll back.
