Can’t post on NP&E till you’ve been on here a year, can’t post a music video in the music section till you’ve been on here 14 days, can’t post any link for 14 days.
I did wonder why the same people argue on NP&E when I wasn’t a member.

Agree - I also am annoyed that i cannot reply to any political stuff until i reach over 1000 posts!

I think many in NP&E have multiple accounts to allow for the inevitable bans.

Never heard the one about 1000 posts though.
