I've read the rules and can't see anything about this.

A lot of media outlets now hide articles behind a paywall.

However, it is possible to view the whole article by using a third party website (not sure if I can mention them)

What are the management's view on using links with these website?

I guess it would be frowned on?

Also is there a search facility for the forums?

People post links to paywalled websites that have been archived regularly on here and it's not an issue.

I use my Android phone to view many subscription only local press news pages by using the share button and selecting the Ad-Block Plus Browser with the default setting of JavaScript disabled. It also has the advantage of removing the adverts from many other websites and makes the pages much more readable.

Or, go to your local library to get a library card and then get an app call PressReader. Has every magazine and newspaper imaginable.
