Dodgy back button on WIn/Chrome

Anyone else get this? Click the back arrow and nothing happens. Have to keep clicking and eventually back you go. Can take up to 7 or 8 clicks.

Seems to happen to me if there are embedded videos on the page. If you right click on the back button, you can select what you need.
