account deletion not working

I have filled in your account deletion portal twice, apparently I am supposed to receive an email to "confirm my identity" but this never arrives???

I have also emailed privacy at car gurus requesting my account is deleted.

Please confirm what the problem is.

If a company says you can delete an account then you should be able to delete the account
