I've had a post deleted, Can a Mod explain?

If it has been deleted then I would presume that the Mod in question would inform me either via e-mail or a PM on this site. It was a post on a 458 crash, what happened to it?

In response to comments claiming that the driver is still in intensive care and his family have just been called to the hospital, Garlick posted the following:
