Ads at the foot of the page now eh?

This is a new thing.

Making each page smaller with fewer threads on it.

I guess it's no big deal, but for some reason I'm finding it incredibly annoying.

Also, they look very much "tacked on", unlike the top and in-thread adverts which had a fair bit of effort applied to make them blend in (or at least not stick out like a sore thumb)

Still, at least it's not like some websites like The Daily Mash are doing where the website appears like a picture with a large frame round it, where the frame is an advert.
