Lots of talk but not much action?

This is to the HM guys really
I love this site I really do, its the only forum I have remained a member of for a number of years, contribute to regularly and the only one where I have met with people from the forum in one guise or another
I also mainly use PH for searching for cars and recommend PH classifieds to my friends to sell their cars
However, there are issues, with mobile site ads continuely causing problems, the search function being rubbish, the google search function that used to be good got 'improved' so now it is rubbish and the classifieds search function which is frankly woeful
Now I also see that people have to pay £9.99 to submit an ad, now I may be within the limits to still get free ones, but people who I have recommended will not be
Whenever these issues are raised you guys are very good at coming back to us with answers, such as 'The mobile site is hosted by someone else we are dealing with it', or 'The classifieds are due an overhaul' etc
But none (if any) of these things seem to happen, the mobile site has been repeatedly borked by huge ads, yes its another company doing it, but you need to be reading the riot act to them, the classifieds and search function have seemingly been in development for eons and yet we have to put up with more adverts and paying for ads
Apologies for the minor rant but is there any chance we could get some timescales for these improvements, as to be honest from this position it seems we are being force fed ads and having to pay for ads ourselves with no actual benefit to the end users

Both Stuart and I (well I stopped typing once I saw Stuart's but it was more or less the same message) sent you a personal message about this which you hopefully got.
Though we appreciate everyone's frustration to the speed we sometimes move at, and we are working on addressing that part over the next few months.
