No problem, reporting a thread seems to be quicker than posting in Website Feedback.
If you post in WF, it seems that you will wait for a mod to return to work, or browse the forum.
If you click on report it would seem they are sent some form of report.
Though I'm not sure how urgently the report is sent/dealt with?
Is a fyi less urgent than an UNAUTHORISED ADVERT?
