Changing Phone Number for Classified Advert

When I joined PH I put in my mobile number and over time / job changes the number is now out of date.

Now I want to put an advert up, I need to change the phone number, but it won't let me edit it in the post an advert page and I can't see where to change it on the members info / profile pages.

Help!

Hi GuinnessMK,

From the main PH page, navigate to:

• Classifieds
• Manage My Ads
• Login (if prompted)
• Edit User Details

Let me know if that doesn't work for you!

To sort that, email [e-mail] including your old email address, your new email address and confirming the last three digits of your password, and that will get updated by lunch.

Thanks, I'll give it a go in the morning.

Bit of a catch 22 there. I've forgotten my password and the "I've been an idiot and forgotten my password, please send me a reminder" email goes to the wrong / old email address.

Had the same thing with one of my utilities companies. Took a long time on the phone to the call centre to work that one out.
