Double post iPhoneness

It would be good to have something to address the double post instances (eg from iPhone). It's very easy to do, especially on 3G and I'm sure the problem will get worse as people use phones more. Perhaps some validation that checks for posts in the last x seconds that are the same?

It's not limited to iphonses. Does this just happen on the mobile site, or with the full site as well? I use the full site on my ipad and haven't had an issue.

I just did this in the NOTW thread. This time I had the error message (I think it was mentioned before that the mobile site times out under server load), so resubmitted but both went through.
