Indeed, it appears to have been removed (rightly) as it contravenes our no 'naming and shaming' rule.
It's been in force for a few years, and your post was reported as it mentioned dealer names throughout. The Chrysler name is less sensitive, but it was the dealer naming that broke the rules.
I understand you are going to attempt to contact magazines like Auto Express? I hope that works out for you as it will make a good story.

Can the thread be reinstated without the dealer names then? If anyone read the post they would see that I was not shaming the dealer (who was mentioned only once), they've been very helpful in fact and no criticism was gven or implied. You can imagine how desperate I am getting. The dealer name did appear but with no negative or shame attached, they've been as helpful as they can be.
Can you reactivate the thread and delete their name then? It had a lot of response and valuable comments that I was still reading and that others may like to follow

thats correct. It was in fact the dealer who told me to contact the manufacturer directly as they were getting nowhere either despite their best efforts. or maybe because i mentioned the name of the director of customer services at the manufacturer - i've apologised for this and ont do it again obviously.
I am trying to get some help, support, ideas as to how i can get my unacceptable situation sorted and was recommended to the PH forum - i dont want to get the posts deleted or me bounced off
