For the past week or so I've not been able to view a lot of pictures here on Pistonheads.
I'm using the latest version of Firefox and when I try to view a thread with lots of pictures, such as the bad parking thread, I get a message in the bottom left of the screen that says 'connecting to thumbsnap.com'. Eventually this message disappears but the pictures do not appear.
Anyone else having this problem?

I stopped using Thumbsnap a long time ago as it's pretty rubbish. I'm surprised PH persist with it tbh.
Is there a way to view pistonheads without using thumbsnaps? I know I may sound a bit thick but this is a genuine question.Also, I understand why this topic has been moved from general gassing, but surely it should have been moved to 'website feedback'?

I've gone to http://imgur.com/ for mine or Photobucket if I want to keep them long-term.
Unfortunately if people still use Thumbsnap to upload, you'll either have to live with it if you want to see the pics or block any images from Thumbsnap from loading. It annoys me that Thumbsnap watermarks the image so invasively - on a number of pictures, it's actually obscured an important part of it.
Avoid Thumbsnap, it's crap.
