Site VERY slow and keeps crashing!

Time the powers that be decide to introduce a subscription, time and time again this site crashes, only yesterday 'emergency maintenance' closed the forums during peak hours. Tonight it is impossible to use the forums.

Haymarket, admit it, you aren't prepared to throw the cash that is needed at this site. You will lose and alienate those users that are your bread and butter.

6 times I've had to use the back button after getting the time out message. Also, when I try to reply to a thread in the BB section I get the "my info" in a side bar format.

Not complaining, just saying how it is.

Still painfully slow for me. Firefox 5 on iMac.

Running really badly at the moment, taking 30 seconds to a minute to load pages. I'm on Windows 7 and Firefox if that's any help.
