strange happenings when logging in to selling account

basically, when I log into my seller account to check on the ad I submitted for my Vauxhall Omega estate, I get logged into someone elses account instead. I see this ad http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/3113530.htm which isn't mine. Its been like this a week now and no response to my email yet.......
Any ideas? Thanks
