Can't reply to topics

Now this might be my end, but it has only started in the last couple of days...

I can read posts no problem, but when I click reply all I can do is see the quoted text but not actually add anything to it.

The first time this happened, I cleared out all my cookies and history etc and it appeared to fix it. But now it is happening again and clearing everything is doing nothing. This is posted from my mobile.

I am running chrome at home.

Eta, I don't visit any other fora so not sure if it's just ph or not.

Any thoughts from anyone???

From my mobile, which this thread was started from and from which this reply is posted from, all is well.

From my home pc, it's problematic. The post I tried this morning was in the east anglia spotted thread.

It sounds like its a page delivery issue. If a page doesn't load correctly or there was an error during the generation of the page.
Meaning when it finally gets to your home computer there's an issue. does it happen else where or was this a one off occurrence on PH?

As I mentioned in the OP, I don't frequent any other fora regularly so as far as I am aware, this problem is PH specific to me.

I have tested it in other threads on PH and it happens on all I have seen. Will test it on my work pc at lunch to see how that works.

It would appear that it is only a problem on my home pc. Will have a tinker with it and maybe even replace the hamster.

It would appear that my Google Extensions Ad Blocker Pro had taken the hamster hostage and done naughty things to him.

After destroying the Blocker and having given counselling to the hamster, all is working well again. You may now rest easy
