Cant submit free advert?

I think I qualify for the free ads as I have used the classifieds a few time over the years. Just come to put an ad on though and it was held back for approval and now says ready for payment as the status.

Can any admins help?

You certainly qualify on "length of service".

Yes, you do qualify. Not sure why the system wouldn't let you, but I've gone ahead and submitted your ad.

Only members who joined before January 1, 2009 qualify for free ads at present.

We are aware of a slight issue with some people having seperate seller and forum accounts. There's an automatic process that links your forum account to your seller account if you registered in the correct order.
If you qualify and notify us. We will make the adjustments.

And we're investigating a process to rectify any obvious unlinked accounts.
