I think it is because the thread titles have non alphanumeric characters in them.

Clicking on the link for this thread gets the same error every time for me.

Nope - that one works fine, and those with only letters fail.

I have been getting that as well - usually from the 'What's New' page. Can always access it if I go to the relative forum, then click on the thread though.

Can anyone provide a specific example of what causes the problem? e.g. - a specific link, a certain way of clicking on it, a specific page you click the link, etc.

Some links with single quotes and some special characters (@) are throwing an error right now. Until we come up with a permanent solution, you can resolve it by looking at the URL and remove the &nmt= section.

I've just suffered this issue when trying to click on a link, it was the 'Army abuse of Iraqi' in the News and Politics forum.

Tried it several times with no joy.
