Profile Picture Upload Problem

I'm having problems changing the picture on my profile, I've tried uploading it a few times over the last day but it still hasn't changed.
When I press update on my profile page a popup window appears which looks like it's performing the upload then closes after about 10 seconds and I get the update confirmation page, no error occurs.
The picture I'm trying to use is a 800x600 jpeg and is 356KB big and I'm using Google Chrome.
Can someone at PH towers whip the hamsters a bit harder please?
