Quote without picture?

Apologies if it has been asked before, but I was just wondering if a "quote without picture" button would be possible?
The reason I ask is that in some threads, certain pictures are re-posted time after time which can be a real pain in the proverbial if browsing on a mobile or a slow connection, if there was a button it would remove the need for a picture being posted endlessly and we wouldn't have to edit the quote manually.
Obviously, if a poster specifically wanted the picture to appear they could have that option as well, everybody's happy
It could also introduce a method of adding hidden text to a post
