Updating a FAQ in SP&L

Hi mods, hope you can help.

Would like to update a FAQ which is in Topic Closed state.

The FAQ is in SP&L and is the Towing a car behind a motorhome on an A frame

The update is quite a simple one in that someone has provided a link to what sounds like a proper legal system that keeps the brake servo topped up.
