Don't you have your own designated hamster?, it should have been in your new member pack

I suspect only older more established members like you get the personal hamster

No everyone gets them, you've been here longer than me so should have the senior edition

Back again! Having just returned from a bike ride and, finding no PH, suspect someone must have changed the Hamsters food because 'tis now back.

It's the law of IT: outages always occur on a Sunday (preferably while those normally on call are on holiday, and the rest are at relatives with poor mobile reception!)
