Problems creating a new classified advert.

I'm having some issues creating a new advert in the classifieds.
Firstly, I cannot seem to select a free advert - no matter which browser I use, I'm always prompted to pay.
Secondly, I tried logging in again, and rather worryingly, I was presented with the details of a previous user.
I sincerely hope my details have not been exposed in this way!
I have emailed this info to the adverts email address on the site.
But if anybody can assist me with creating a free advert, I would be grateful.

Thanks for that.What a pity this page didn't show up when I searched the site - the page I got back offered help on creating a 'free' advert.
No wonder I couldn't find the check box that was mentioned.

What's the difference between a Standard and a Premium advert?
A standard/basic advert is free of charge. This includes up to 3 photographs and a long text field. These adverts appear at the back of the listings for any given category, behind all paid adverts. I think I found it - it looks like old Wiki content.
ETA: Another screenshot showing that I have indeed found the offending (outdated) article.
