Pic from ipad?

When I try to upload a pic from ipad the search part on the pop up box won't allow me to click in and find a pic, is there a way around this?

No, the iPad doesn't have any way of letting you choose a file from the OS to upload. Best bet is to e-mail the photo from your iPad to a computer and do it that way.

Does the iPad have a Photobucket app? From Android, I can take a photo, upload it to Photobucket, and it gives you the link with img tags to use on here

Of course, from Android you can also browse the filesystem.

But OP bought an iPad.
