To be honest, the "manage my advert" page isn't the most lean piece of code written for the site. We will be rolling out our new classifieds soon, so it should be resolved (and completely revised) when that happens.
There's a big outage of a BT internet hub jobby in Birmingham. It's apparently having knock on effects on the whole interwebnets being a bit on the slow side.
Might be unrelated though as the forums seem fine to me.
