What's with the multiple talking ads?

For some reason I keep being served ads with multiple embedded audio tracks - is this supposed to be happening? It's bloody annoying I'm going to have to either block ads (in which case you'll probably ban me, with good reason) or stop coming here all together if it's intentional.

I don't even see the ad where it's coming from - this page was doing it, for example: http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&a... and I can't see anything animated or obnoxious. It sounds like someone's got two or three radio stations on simultaneously.

Is this supposed to be happening?

The short answer is no it's not meant to be happening.
If you could let us know which advert is displayed at the time we'll have a look into it.
