Ad - Setting to sold

Not sure who can help me here, but i sold my Mini last night and want to change the advert to show its been sold via PH. However each time i try to do this it tells me that i can not change the status at this time?
For now i have added 'sold' to the title

Can anyone tell me how to remove my advert as still getting people calling me.
I tried the 'set as sold' option but get a message saying advert can not be changed at this time:

Any idea why i cant do it from th manage ad area?

It had pinged a few of our warning flags (nothing to worry about) and was in a state of "Live moderation" ie. it's live but its on a list to have an admin take a peek at it to make sure you're legit.
While in this state you can't update it. If you see what I mean.
Suffice to say its set as sold via ph now.

Ok cheers, Were the warning flags due to the fact it was too cheap?
