It got a bit 'heated' on page 4 but the last few posts were very reasonable (I include mine in that )

a nouveau suggesting using a spreadsheet means he can justify the purchase of his 911 because he's 30

a few took the piss, he bit, someone else bit and it became a tad embarrassing

To be accurate he was justifying a new 458 to add to the 911 GTS he currently owns.

I'd suggest he almost certainly asked for it to be removed judging by the sound it and the fact he threw his toys outand sadly it seems that as of the past couple of years it's become de rigueur to do it even if it's funny. :-(

It's my favourite sub-forum, but they are utterly obsessed with depreciation and running costs to an extent you just don't see on the other forums.

The thread wasn't hugely different to the myriad other posts about "what cup-holders to spec on my new porsche for best residuals/how much will a 996/997/991 lose in 12months" etc.

There will be another "costs" thread along in a few minutes.
