Unimpressed with service

So, newbie in here but not to many a car forum or to PH as I've bought/sold numerous vehicles through the classifieds.

Sadly, the latest update took place just after I'd put an advert up and it still hasn't reappeared. I've simply lost patience now and have asked several times for a refund, I'm paying for a service that just hasn't been delivered.

When PH started, one of the big draws was that you could put up a standard advert for free. Ok it limited your pics but hey, this was a car forum for car fans by car fans. Sadly it seems someone has decided to try do the typical thing of milking the audience once in and now it smacks of "we have your money so we no longer care".

Given the way the site is being shredded on many car forums it is a total PR disaster and I doubt the car would sell on here now anyway as the powers that be have switched off their audience.

I'd be interested to see if anyone can officially tell me when I'll get my money back and rather than doing a cut and paste email actually have the stones to apologise for what is a right royal (you know the rest).
